We live in a World today, where many, are still truly obsessed, with the very somewhat simple even, concept in all, of Rule actually [and as with believing even, that since Human life began on this Earth, Humans, have never truly mastered, this facet of life in all actually].
To understand the History of Rule perhaps, is to perhaps see, how it has come in all, to shape, our present World even. Stating this, is stating too even that, the World today in all, can be viewed, in two major ways perhaps: Asia and the 'rest of the World' too actually [i.e. the Americas, Europe, Africa and the Middle East too even]. To understand this better, is to state in all perhaps again, that the so termed 'rest of the World', has highly had Existences in all truly, and as with Rule too even, highly based around, Races in all too actually, associated truly perhaps, with Egypt in all too actually. To understand this, is to show for instance, that the History of Rule in Africa (minus Egypt), is highly associated, with the Nubian and Spain/Kushite Races actually [and minus Afrique too even that is] [with North Africa too, registering, a Libyan presence in all too actually]. Europe on the otherhand, has been associated best perhaps, with the European Races truly [and with Egyptian, Greek and Italian elements too even, seen amongst them really]. North America on the otherhand, has always traditionally, been associated with the Spain/Kushite Races [and as with Rule even] [and minus Quebec and Haiti too actually, where you do find, not only Spain/Kushite Races, but also, Nubian Races in all, and the Jew Races to some extent too actually]. South America, was truly associated, with the Egyptian (Semitic) Races, and also too, the Spain/Kushite Races actually. Then you have the Middle East, where Greek (Semite) presences, and Egyptian (Semitic) Races, molded the History of the place, and according to Rule too even, before, the Spain/Kushite Races, the Nubian races, and even, the Jewish Races too, start to become, rather popular in all [with alot, of the Egyptian (Semitic) presence, now mainly gone, and in many ways too actually (and replaced in all, by groups, from Mesopotamian Civilization actually)].
The above, is how the 'rest of the World', truly differs/differed, from Asia actually [where Rule in all, has been associated actually, with the Chinese Races, Races from Mesopotamia (including North Korea too actually), Meso-American Races, the Babylon Races, and finally even, the Hindu Races too actually] [with this too, what makes, Asia, seem rather alien in all, to the 'rest of the World' too actually] [and with Japan, truly traditionally too, associated, with the Egyptian (Semitic) Races, and in most ways truly really].
In Afrique, in helping deal with this, truly even, useless issue in all actually (and in this day too really) [and as with what, they do term 'Serikali' too even], is to perhaps best attempt, to end this rather meaningless (but deemed politically important today) Topic [and as with the UN, and spreading 'Democracy' all over actually], is to acquaint in all, Rule in most ways too, in Afrique, with the Egyptian (Semite), Greek (Semite) and Italian (Semite) Races actually [with the Italian Races too, both Semite (true Italian), and European/Romance actually].
