The Odyssey, by Homer, is said and believed, to be one, of Ancient Greece's, masterpiece, literature. Its a myth really, of a Trojan, Odysseus, returning home, after, the Trojan war, and finds himself, in a fix, of sorts, battling, all kinds, of monsters, with the guidance, of Athena, to see him through. The Odysseus, is a rather, interesting read, for many, who believe, Greek life, was as such, not knowing really, that, it was a myth, written, somewhat, before, its time. What makes it, before, its time, is not, the story itself [which appears, to be, contemporary Greek], but the emotions, and feelings, captured, which tell, of how, life, one day, will be like, in the future [very intense, and disturbing]. For those, who happened, to watch, any of the movies, listed, under the Futurism, entry, one might have noticed, that, while, they captured, the moods, and temperaments, the future, could embody, they mainly, lacked, in the emotions and feelings, that might, be seen then. The Odyssey, does capture them, however.
This entry though, will not deal, with the trials, and adversities, that Odysseus, faces. It will instead, refer to, the enemity, that somewhat, seems, to exist, between, Athena, and the Sea-Goddess [falsely called, Sea-God], Poseidon. A struggle, between the two, as one, attempts, to derail, Odysseus, and the other, champions him, along.
The Dual self:
Duality, is a known, phenomenon, amongst, humans, but not, well defined, by, parapsychologists. Its a phenomenon, whereby, ones, personality, seems to, ebb and flow, between, two, drastic [and even distant], polarities. A small example, would be, whom you were, as a, great success, and whom you are, while living, on the streets. On one end, one can be said, to be a truly, conscious, or aware, being [as in the Purpose Driven life], and at the other end, someone, who is, totally, stylistic [as in cute, sexy...]. As one rises, towards success, or falls, to the lowest levels, these are the two, polarities, they should be, operating from. In general, life should always, be, an ease, if one, can truly define, themselves, within, these polarities.
The human, as a Timely being [Time conscious that is], can be defined, as being, any of the three, following things: a person, being, and creature. In many ways, our youth, is spent, with us, being, very much, like creatures [running and jumping about]. Our adulthood, sees us, being, very much, as persons [persons, are defined, by how, they move, act, or do things]. In our elderhood, we become, more, like, beings [human beings], and are totally defined, by our religiousity, spirituality, and intelligences.
Goddess worship, in many ways, affects us, in all three phases, of our humaness. It can be used, to basically, mother us [as creatures], teach us to be social beings [as persons; though replaceable, by the Feminine principle], and finally, used, to define us, as, human beings, at the more, or less, political level [Goddess worship, as used, by civilizations, for advancement]. The first option offered, is the best, with regards, to, Goddess worship. Goddesses, can be rather, troublesome beings, and finding, the best, is like, finding, the perfect woman, for one. This is because, one will, discover, that Goddesses, despite being, higher beings, have, their own, agendas, and might advice you, in ways, that might not, be, of your wanting [in many ways, they can ruin you, if they seek to]. As mentioned before, even, a High Goddess, such as, Isis, can be rather, troublesome, as can be seen [knowingly], in Ancient Egyptian, history. At the worst, worshiping Goddesses, at the political level, can lead, to disaster, unforeseen, as Goddesses, deal, with all kinds, of problems, in ways, they believe right [which one, might vehemently, disagree with]. One, must know this, about, Goddesses. Worshiping Goddesses, at the Person level, is rather troublesome, as one, will discover, that, Goddesses, privately [and even obviously], identify more, with the female, of the species. This might sound, rather crazy, but one, should know, that evolving, out, of this world, is more, problematic, than most believe it, to be. It is at, the creature level, that Goddess worship, is most, advised, as at, this level, Goddessess, operate, more or less, as, Energy matrixes, and vortexes. One of the most, famous forms, of Goddess worship, seen, at the creature level, and known, to most, is the old Islamic worship, of the Black Stone [or Kaaba], as seen, at the Mosque, in Mecca. Its the worship, of an old Goddess, seen, in the Islamic worlds, dating, back, to the times, of, Ancient Egypt [what this means, worshiping, a Goddess, as a creature, is connecting, to her, as one, connects, to a mother figure, with, regards, to, safety, providence, and caring issues]. Ancient Astrology, was also, partly, about this, as astrological signs then, did refer, to, Energy matrixes, defined, by Goddess figures [one can feel/see, the presence, of the old, Islamic Goddess, by reading, the tales, of Ali Baba and the Forty Thieves (as seen, in the Arabian Nights)].

With regards, to the women, in our lives, change, in the world/earth, has them, behaving, rather, unpredictably [as most famously known, with menstrual cycles]. Traditionally, women attuned, to the Feminine, and knowing, of change, guided civilization [as in the case, of evading, droughts, and even, wars (astrological turbulent times)]. In those, olden days, men, had to behave, in a manner, that women liked, or face, having, civilization, collapse, as women, were of great importance then, in enabling, civilization, to survive [the worship, of the Goddess, was all over, and Gods, were rather, unknown]. This practise, of letting, women, have, their way, exists, to this day, with many, not knowing, how, backward, it all is [civilization, had advanced further, than this]. In China for example, instead, of depending, on women, for knowledge, of the Feminine, Oracles, such as, the I-Ching, were used, to access, the Feminine, resulting, in a China, heavily divided, along, City lines, with women, living, in one part, of the City, and men, in another.
As far back, as the Arthurian times, relations, with women, had changed rather drastically. Men and women, were separated, and lived, rather, individual lives. Men were free [in that, their sexual forces [bonds, unions, relations], were attuned, to the Supreme Goddess, and this done really, via, Artistic pursuits [such as, eating good food, listening to good/great music, and even, simply having, good/great times (horse racing for instance)]. Women of course, watched, all this, from afar, as men, enjoyed themselves, and also, had time, to seek out, success. A new game, had to be played, with regards, to the Feminine, and the role, of women, in mens lives. In those days, men, who could make, women laugh [for instance], were favoured, and advised, in one way, or another, on attaining, success faster. Other men though, for instance, sought counsel, from, succesful elders, or even, ancestors. The game, with women, was one, with regards, to making them, feel good, and those men, who did, were in many ways too, left, all alone, to do, as they pleased. There was, however, another game, played, with regards, to success too, and women, attempting, to delay, success, by, ensnaring, men. In many ways, this meant, tricking men [in one way, or another], to come around, and about, for some fun [being seductive, as in the case, of a Siren], and the man, waking up, one day [unlucky that is], to find himself, in a trap, of sorts [pregnancies, difficult marriage, or time, simply, having passed by]. That was how, the Feminine, operated then, and a rather, simple game, to play [but difficult, with regards, to instances (as when women, showered one, with great love)]. In all though, the game, of evolving, and succeeding, has to do, with escaping, traps, snares, and even, clutches [this might be indirect, as talking, with a woman, might have one, thinking, in a different way, making, the solving, of a mathematical problem (for instance), rather difficult]. That is the Feminine [breaking hearts, wasting time, and even, making one, go crazy].
In todays world though, one sees, a severe, regression, to the ancient days, as we now, live, in a society, whereby, men, simply seek out, sex, as the meaning, of life itself [in the olden/ancient days, men, who did, as women asked, had sex, made available, to them]. Today, it is, even worse, as most, live in a world, of threats, intimidations, and even, warnings, from women, with regards, to doing, just about, anything [the Feminine, is at, its most evil now, killing, everything, and all, at its heart, in the name, of sex; primitivity, unknown].
In many ways, the evolution game, with regards, to Goddesses, women, and the Feminine, was rather, simple, in that, as men succeeded, women, sought to rise, with them, rather than face, the fear, of being, replaced, and even, becoming, extinct [as in the case, of clonings]. Understanding really, that all forms, of, negativity, should take place really, in the form of, traps, snares, and even, clutches [clutch being, as in, being told, to do something, and not, doing it right]. Today though, one finds, that evil, in the world, exists, in none, of the forms mentioned; it is all, intimidations, warnings, and threats, leading, to violence, of all forms. Thats not the Feminine; thats women, gone crazy. The Feminine, will trap you, with a snare [like have you rest, on a warm day, in the park, instead, of traveling, to where, you should be] [the Feminine, in this case, refers, to general feelings (probably evoked, by ones surroundings)].
