I know a person, who often visits America, more times, than I ever have. On one of his recent trips, he happened to visit, SeaWorld Water Park, in Florida, and also very much, took photos, of his wanderings, there. And he had, some photos, to show me, of the happenings, and going ons, at SeaWorld. He happened, to take out, one photo amongst many, hand it over to me, and upon my taking it, pointing at it, and saying, "Dolphins". I looked at the photo, pretty fast, taking it all in, almost immediately, before somewhat, folding my lips, and looking at him, said, "these are not dolphins". He on the otherhand, while still, very much, looking, at the rest of the photos, in his hands, eyes fixed on the top, looked back at me, rather staringly, and pointing again, at the photo, said, "Dolphins". I looked at him, quiet shockedly, and then looked back, at the photo, and my mind, started running fast, as I questioned, the motive, behind, the very fact, that SeaWorld, was having, revellers, who travel there, believe, that the 'mini killer whales', performing tricks there, were actually dolphins. I kind of find, that most people, don't really know, how dolphins, look like. They also, don't very much know, what dolphins, are all about. They think, or believe, dolphins, are very much, like porpoises. Dolphins, are believed, to save people, drowning. In truth though, they don't; they kind of, only rescue people, facing a shark attack. Porpoises, are different. If lost at sea, they will attempt, to guide you, to safety. Dolphins don't do this; once saved, by a dolphin, they leave you, to your own, devices. Porpoises, on the otherhand, will guide you, to safety, and even await you, to be rescued, and even pose, for a photo op. Porpoises, are kind of, media driven, and don't even mind, being captured, and taken to places, like SeaWorld.
You kinda, tend to find, that most people out there, don't really have, a sense of humor, anymore. They kinda do, dumb things, inorder to seek, attention, and don't even mind, looking pitiful. Its a crazy world like that, almost disgusting. In general though, you tend to find, that humans, are driven really, by two things: motives and intention. Both are known words, but misunderstood. What makes things, even more complicated, is when you realize, that either, can be humoristic, or sexual. Its a way, of seeing the world, from these four points, that everything out there, is either, a motive, or intention, and done, either, sexually, or humoristic. To create, a kind of map, for it all, you find,
Motive (humouristic) = entice/repel.
Motive (sexual) = enchant/repulse.
Intention (humoristic) = lure/rebuff
Intention (sexual) = attract/reject
If one, was to truly analyze, every interactional activity, in their world, they would find, they consist, of any, of the above, 8 variables. Most people, out there, believe people, to have motives, in everything, they do. Part of the problem, many believe this, is due, to the very fact, that previous ages, were driven, by motives. In general though, one finds, that motives, were the basis, of family identity (money/Love), while intentions, were at the heart, of socialite identity. Many read literature, and find, all the characters, to be motive driven, and somewhat believe, the world, to be like that.
The problem though really, is that, most people out there, believe their world, to very much, be, like the Media. They fail to realize though, that the Media, kind of, inverts, their world. American Media, for instance, tends to be, motive driven. Everything in it, is presented, from the perspective, of motive. In truth though, for all those, who visit America, they find, that America today, is really, intention driven; its nothing, like the Media. You find this too, with Canadian Media. Many believe, Canadians, to be "happy go lucky", due to the fact, that their Media, is intention driven; in truth, one finds though, that Canadian society, is motive driven. The exception here though, is Quebec, which like America, is intention driven.
One has to know this, or be totally surprised, when in North America. The intention world, today, can be divided, into stupid, and not-stupid (doing the right thing). Most, probably don't understand, the previous statement, fully. What its really saying, is that, in America, and Africa too, every action by people, is either, not-stupid (doing the right thing), or simply stupid. Its a stupid world, like that. Think about, what this really means, for it means, that there is basically, no intelligence, out there. Things appear to work, in society today, because people, at their height of intelligence, do the right thing. This is the danger, of systems design. They can make people, stupid. Canada, minus Quebec, is motive driven today, and most, just, don't know, what that means. It means that Canada, and the American Media, are at their heart, driven, by sex. People don't know this, that at the heart, of motive today, is sex. Its kind of a disgusting world, like that. Even the News Media, including stories, in the news, is driven, by motive/sex. Country attacks another country, motive, and most just don't know, that behind it all, is a desire, for sex. Its really stupid that way. Knowing this, can help one, understand, Canadian politics, with regards, to Quebec. Canadians, hate Quebec, because, Quebecois people, will not have sex, with them. Sounds stupid, but thats what, is really going on.
A good way, to see all this, is in good movies. Quebec, has its own, movie industry, and what makes it interesting, is that, Quebecois Media, is just like, Quebecois life; its based on intentions. To see this, very well, one could watch, the movie, 'Bon Cop, Bad Cop', and see, that while many, believe it, to be a comedy, the Quebecois character, in it, is driven, by intention (doing the right thing), and the Canadian character, by motive. Makes for an interesting viewing. In America, one would probably, want to view, American Beauty. American Beauty, when released, was touted, as being, a deep, psyche-drama, about the state, of American society, today. Many, really thought, it was deep, and could not be understood, fully. They fail, to realize, it was really, a comical movie, a parody, of American life, today. You have in it, Kevin Spacey, a character in the movie, who is very much, a Media character, as he is totally driven, by motive. He believes too, that those around him, are driven by motive, not knowing, that they are driven, by intention (stupid). He continues, living, in his motive driven world, until he awakens, one day, and realizes, that it is really, an intention driven world, with stupid people, all over, appearing to be sane, because, they occasionally, do the right thing. Viewing it, that way, rather than as a motive driven movie, as the Media touted it, will help one see, thats its really, a stupid world, out there.
One, of the most debated, histories, out there today, is that, of the Nazis. There are those, many perhaps, who still believe, the Nazis, were intelligent people, gone wrong. They believe, that the Nazi world, was motive driven. They watch, movies, like Schindlers List, and think, its an intelligent movie, of the workings, of the Nazi regime. They see motive everywhere. Something deeper, is going on. In reality though, if one, was to study, Nazi history, or view, Schindlers List, from the perspective, of intention [stupid or not-stupid(doing the right thing)], one will come, to realize, just how, totally stupid, the Nazis were. They were pure evil. Watch it, and see, what I mean; its a totally evil movie.
