The above conversation, is one, you would probably hear, between, two middle class individuals, in any, westernized, country. It is a conversation, that exemplifies, the mediocrity, that life today, has very much, become. Most people out there, know, that once, you cross, into the ages beyond, thirty, life, is very much, done with. There is just, nothing much out there, to do, and the Media, and hot gossip, become, a way of life, for many. Many begin, to question, existence, and God, himself. They wonder, why life, is so, meaningless, and if, there really is, anything, out there, beyond, getting married, and having children. Life, is very much, a drudgery, for many people, and some, probably believe it, much better, that they never, did live it, at all. How did it all, get so 'crazy'? Why does life, itself, differ, so much, from history? Is this truly the end? Is Armageddon, just around the corner?
Modernization and the Marvels of Science:
In the 19th century, two discoveries, were made, that many believed, heralded, the very start, of civilization itself; that of electricity, and oil & gas. It was believed then, that these two discoveries, would enable, humans, to do, as they truly liked, and the world, was then, divided, into, two major groups: the civilized [those who possessed electricity and gas], and the uncivilzed [those who lacked them]. Movements, were spearheaded, to make, the two discoveries, available, to people, just about, everywhere, and when this, was mostly done, a competition, based on, efficiency, and availability, arose, between, people, living, in different parts, of the world. This boring game, of comparison and contrast, on who, has better, electricity, and gas availability, has been going on, for a long time now, very much, killing, the souls, of many folk out there [due to its meaninglessness], and having, people out there, living, a very, imprisoned, life [highly media driven], as they imagine, imaginary, barbarian hordes, awaiting, to invade them, and take over, their electricity, and gas availability.
The introduction, of electricity, and oil&gas, saw, a remarkable change, in the way, people lived. A change, believed, to be better, and even, more civilized, as it is imagined, that before, all this, life, was a major struggle, very much, in the dark [there are those who believe, the advent, of knowledge itself, came with electricity]. What electricity and gas, have very much done, is turn civilization, into, a mental prison, filled, with troubled minds. One might find, the previous statement, daring, and even, outrightly criminal, due, to the obvious, 'benefits', of electricity and gas, from the, physical, perspective, of the, human being. Physically yes, electricity&co, have been, a benefit, but emotionally, and mentally, not so. To fully appreciate this, one must realize truly, that electricity and gas, were meant, to be, technological in nature, and not, technology based.
The major changes, brought about, by, electricity and gas, introduced, a very different, way, of living[physical based], as compared, to the mental, and emotional based lives, of previous, ages. Electricity and gas, took humans, and civilization, many steps, back, to a time, when the physical body, and its preservation, were tantamount, in creating, civilization. People, no longer today, fall in love, as they did, in the past [in many cases, they have, arranged marriages]; they never, theorize too, either. Both existences, have been, left out of life, for the movies [early europe dramas and evil villain movies respectively].
To explain briefly, what electricity, and gas, have done, to humans, is to understand, that, civilization, has taken, many steps, backwards [fundamentally], but still, progressed, to a higher state, in this, backward step. Back in the day, recent even, the peoples daily lives, were filled, with activity, actions, and even, playful modes [deep conversations perhaps]. Today though, that is all gone really. What you have today, is a world, totally based, around, the Consumer. A world, totally fixated, on the physical body, and appeasing it. A world driven, by electricity, oil&gas, and what, one would perhaps call, diets [very sugary foods]. Thats what, the consumer does. In the past though, people, engaged, in activity [mountain climbing, horse riding, picnics etc.], actions [theatre, carnivals, reading, prayer etc.], and playful modes [trysts, sword fights, cookouts etc.]. Civilization actually existed, and people, actually, lived life. Another major change, in the recent past really, was that, life, was very much, individual, in nature, while, today, it has become, very much, group based, In the past, the individual, had roles, duties, and responsibilities, to handle [very much, by themselves]. Today though, what one finds, is that, life, has very much, become, about, scheduling; people [groups really], create schedules, of things, to be done, and these schedules, are very much, time based. Not really, based on time, but about, keeping time. Teamwork, is the name, often given, to the rise and fall, of the individual. In the past too, people, at any moment, engaged, in problem solving, workmanship, and idioticy; life, was kind of, if not really, lots of fun. Today though, due to scheduling really, and the fall, of the individual, the average person, out there, at any moment, engages, in crime, violence, and hate, in all, their various meanings. This world, of crime, hate and violence, gave rise, to what, they call today, the civilian, and the need, for civic education [to educate, the civilian, on being civilized]. [Africa, more than any other region, of the world, suffers from this, alot, making it, the most unlivable, place today].
To fully see this, is to attempt perhaps, to create, a clear, mental map, of what life, in the now, is supposed, to be like. This will be done, by dividing, life, by region, and what makes it livable, in different regions, of the world.
In the past, instead, of the consumer, you had, other such bodies, mostly inexistent, today. You had, for instance, spenders, purchasers, buyers, customers, and the likes. These bodies, don't really exist, anymore. Spenders, were for instance, seen in England, and were people, who bought things, they impromptly, saw and liked, on the spot. No savings, or budgeting. Customers, are folks, who buy things, as they need them, or like them, as they go about, their daily lives. In the past, instead, of scheduling, you had, routines, masterplans, cycles, programs, and the likes. What makes, schedules, differ, from the rest mentioned, is that, schedules, require, a heavy, universal, investment, in education, law, and healthcare. The other methods, are more, independent, with regards, to this. In the past too, one saw, a world/life, filled, with alot, of drama. Not the kind, of "drama", you see, in the news [based on hate, violence and crime], but one, based on, gaming [life as an adventure for instance], and took, the form, of many, outlines, such as, tomfoolery, high jinks, buffoonery, raillery, and the likes. Today, in life, every moment, is really, a moment, of hate, crime, or violence, in their various, modes. In the past, people, engaged, in tomfoolery, high jinks, buffoonery, in their various modes, of problem solving, workmanship, and idioticy.
How to live, life, in the moment, now, in various regions, of the world, differs, rather significantly. We will not, enter, into, too much details, but the explanations, are believed, to be, rather clear, if not, short or precise.
North America: Buyers/Programs/High Jinks

Their world too, is rather, seasonal, with many occurences, taking place, at any particular, period of time. The Super bowl, Oscars, the Grammies, Weddings, Proms, are all, such occurrences, regulated, by demand and supply, with regards, to what, to buy [e.g. what dress to wear]. Programs, differ significantly, from schedules, and are highly, based, around, ones duties, as an individual. They are rather too, intermittent, in nature, and do not take place, everyday.They can be weekly, or, in a fortnight. High Jinks, are rather, not too difficult, to explain. They are somewhat, based, on daredevilry, and very much, about, being, imaginative. In workmanship, for instance, the invention process, based around, building prototypes [grand experiment], is actually, all about, high jinks. In the Roman Empire, the Caesars, actually used, prototypes too [social in nature], to rule, over the empire. 'Americas funniest home videos', is where, High Jinks, meet, idioticy.
South America: Purchasers/Cycles/Buffoonery
In South America, instead of, Consumers, one found really, Purchasers. Purchasers, are people, who buy things, they identify with. If they have, a certain, identity, or change, their identity, they purchase things, to go about, with this change. They are people, actually, who go out, shopping, once they plan out, a life, they want to live. Keynesian economics, is all about, regulating, the world, of the purchaser. Cycles, are rather different, from schedules too, as they are based, on breakdowns, of all sorts. In South America, people kind of, put up, systems, which work, until, they breakdown [shortages are an example of breakdowns in this case]. Buffonery, is rather, different, as at its basis, it is all, based on, playing pranks, on others. If in working, one tries, to shorten time, or effort, as much, as possible. If in problem solving, one tries, to deal, with a problem, mainly, by hunches.
Asia: Customers/Routines/Mischief
In Asia, life, should not be, about consumers [or aspiring consumers], but about, Customers. Customers, differ, from consumers, in that, they hold, activities, actions, and playful modes, at the spur, of the moment. The culture, of invitations, and inviting others, to have fun. One must remember, that Consumers, live, a very solitary, life. Something new, pops up, and customers, decide, to try it out. Routines, are rather, somewhat, similar, to schedules, but differ, with regards, to the concept, of time. Schedules, are heavily, about, timing, and keeping, time, while routines, work, based on, a sense of time. Time kept basically, as follows: Morning, noon, afternoon, evening, and night. If the routines, associated, with morning, are missed, one simply, skips ahead, and suffers, the inconveniences, or has, to work, harder, the next day. Mischief, is also, rather well known, seen often, in childrens programming, but is actually, very much, based, on, breaking, the rules. With idioticy, this is rather easy to see. With workmanship, there is a, trial and error, aspect, based, on, forgoing, the rules [the rules don't apply, or exist].
Africa: Shoppers/Masterplans/Tomfoolery
The first entry, Shoppers, might surprise many, about Africa, but is the basis, of understanding, the popularity, of malls, and shopping centers too, in Africa. The concept, of the shopper, is also, very much seen, in America, in the case, of, Catalogs. Shoppers really, are people, who buy things, to kind of, show off to, or please, others. African women, traditionally, dressed, not to look good, to others, but to make others, feel good. The mini-skirt, is more, African, than American. Life in Africa, is not,about, schedules, but Masterplans. They might sound, similar, but are not, in that, Masterplans, do not, have, a constancy, to them. Schedules, are constant, in their ways, day in, to day out, 365 days a year, and probably, for ever too. Masterplans, change, in their ways, depending, on changes, out there, and one, can see this [the use of Masterplans], in Africa, with the fact, that, most Africans, are always, rushing, from one place, to another. They don't, really have, breaks, in their workings. They rush, from one place, to another, but with periods, of inactivity, in between, where, they simply relax, and do nothing much. These periods, of inactivity, are not, timed, and can occur, at just about, any moment. Tomfoolery, is also, well known, having been seen, in many, American movies [comedic in nature]. Tomfoolery, is really about, taking advantage, of an occurrence, to ones, advantage. If two people, are walking, shoulder to shoulder, and one, cannot pass, through, but happen, to momentarily, move aside, from each other, tomfoolery dictates, that one, jumps through, almost literally, through the, opening. With workmanship, tomfoolery, is all about, quality, with the least effort. The concept though, of the part time job, would work best, in Africa, as it is very much, about, problem solving, and tomfoolery; a good way, to deal with, Africas, almost, endless, problems. The culture, of Tomfoolery, is a rather, recent, introduction, to Africa, as it was, brought around, by Americanistas [Legion], and came, to influence, many parts, of Africa [mainly Central, Southern and Eastern Africa]. To see this, clearly, is to understand, the influence, of various, Western groups, into Africa. When you discuss, recent African history [as pertaining colonialism and the likes], one finds, that this, discussion, tends to be, heavily, one sided. It takes, into account, certain groups, of Westerners, in Africa, and the evil, amongst them. In general, Westerners, in African history, can be classified, into, three groups: Europeans, Europeans-UK, and Americanistas [Legion]. Each has had, their history, told, in different ways. Europeans, in Africa, were often, associated, with the major groups [or people], found, in there [in Africa]. These groups, were, for instance, the Yoruba, Dahomey, Igbo, Zulus, and other, such, large groupings. While some Europeans, were out, to destroy, these groups, out of a fear, of some sort [via spreading Christianity], others chose, to learn, about them, and even, live with and marry them. UK-Europeans, mostly seen, in Southern/Eastern Africa, were associated, with smaller peoples, of Africa, and chose, to somewhat, civilize them, with regards, to infrastructure. It is this group, that chose, to build, roads, and electrify, Africa. The were associated, with peoples, such as, the Maasai and Samburu, of Kenya. In the positive, their influence, was about, re-educating, these groups [often done by the English, via schools, and the likes], and in the negative, associated, with Colonialism. You also have, a third group, associated, with probably what, one would call, the native people, of Africa [such as pygmies & Khoikhoi], and were, very much, associated, with studying, Africa, as a deep, mysterious, region. Africa, is kind of, a magical place, where strange things, happen, in nature, and some people [Americanistas - Legion], chose to study this, as a form, of spirituality. The belief, for instance, in hidden, underground cities, in Africa, or studying, the very magical, practises, of the pygmies, and khoikhoi. Magical practises, that for instance, allowed one, to put on, a mask, and dissapear, from one location, and appear, at another. This work, of studying, the Supernatural, somewhat continued, in America, with investigators, for instance, seeking out, life, on Mars. If they want, a watch, they go, to a watchmaker, and ask, to have, a watch made, fitting, certain specifications. The Middle East, has always had, a culture [economic in nature], based on, seeking materiality, that has, quality and substance. In the Middle East too, other than having, schedules, for daily survival, the modus operandi, has varied, in nature. For those, with wealth, a culture, of servitude [made up of immigrant labour], existed, and often today, decried, as, Islamic slavery. For those, without wealth, what one found, was a culture, where, the people, subsisted, on the minimal, and did not, require much. They put, a little effort, formulaic in nature, on meeting, their daily needs. They just learn't, to subsist, on little. Instead, of general living [media based], Middle Easterners, had a trend, of Raillery, when it came, to, idioticy, workmanship, and problem solving. This generally means, a living, based on, tale telling. A person, for instance, showing up, at your door, with a tale, to tell, of misfortune, small, or great. Thats kinda how, it all worked.

In Europe, rather than, Consumers, you have always had, Spenders. Spenders, are really people, who buy, things, at the spur, of the moment. For the average, business, knowing, the desires [feel good wishes], of the European populace, is of, great importance, in being, successful. European survival modes, daily, have often, been based, on, army like, drills. Get up early, in the morning, jump out, of bed, some pushups maybe, cold shower perhaps, and off, to do, some early work. Trying, to finish, everything, on time, so as to have, free time, to do, as one wishes. Rascality, as a way of living, is all about, exciting oneself. Doing things, that excite one, sometimes, to the detriment, of others. Using, a powersaw [loud in sound], is an example, of European, workmanship. Putting up, ones feet [on the table], while talking, to others, in an office, or cafe, is what, idioticy, is all about, Rascal style.

Mischief, is also, rather well known, seen often, in childrens programming, but is actually, very much, based, on, breaking, the rules. With idioticy, this is rather easy to see. With workmanship, there is a, trial and error, aspect, based, on, forgoing, the rules [the rules don't apply, or exist].
Africa: Shoppers/Masterplans/Tomfoolery
The first entry, Shoppers, might surprise many, about Africa, but is the basis, of understanding, the popularity, of malls, and shopping centers too, in Africa. The concept, of the shopper, is also, very much seen, in America, in the case, of, Catalogs. Shoppers really, are people, who buy things, to kind of, show off to, or please, others. African women, traditionally, dressed, not to look good, to others, but to make others, feel good. The mini-skirt, is more, African, than American. Life in Africa, is not,about, schedules, but Masterplans. They might sound, similar, but are not, in that, Masterplans, do not, have, a constancy, to them. Schedules, are constant, in their ways, day in, to day out, 365 days a year, and probably, for ever too. Masterplans, change, in their ways, depending, on changes, out there, and one, can see this [the use of Masterplans], in Africa, with the fact, that, most Africans, are always, rushing, from one place, to another. They don't, really have, breaks, in their workings. They rush, from one place, to another, but with periods, of inactivity, in between, where, they simply relax, and do nothing much. These periods, of inactivity, are not, timed, and can occur, at just about, any moment. Tomfoolery, is also, well known, having been seen, in many, American movies [comedic in nature]. Tomfoolery, is really about, taking advantage, of an occurrence, to ones, advantage. If two people, are walking, shoulder to shoulder, and one, cannot pass, through, but happen, to momentarily, move aside, from each other, tomfoolery dictates, that one, jumps through, almost literally, through the, opening. With workmanship, tomfoolery, is all about, quality, with the least effort. The concept though, of the part time job, would work best, in Africa, as it is very much, about, problem solving, and tomfoolery; a good way, to deal with, Africas, almost, endless, problems. The culture, of Tomfoolery, is a rather, recent, introduction, to Africa, as it was, brought around, by Americanistas [Legion], and came, to influence, many parts, of Africa [mainly Central, Southern and Eastern Africa]. To see this, clearly, is to understand, the influence, of various, Western groups, into Africa. When you discuss, recent African history [as pertaining colonialism and the likes], one finds, that this, discussion, tends to be, heavily, one sided. It takes, into account, certain groups, of Westerners, in Africa, and the evil, amongst them. In general, Westerners, in African history, can be classified, into, three groups: Europeans, Europeans-UK, and Americanistas [Legion]. Each has had, their history, told, in different ways. Europeans, in Africa, were often, associated, with the major groups [or people], found, in there [in Africa]. These groups, were, for instance, the Yoruba, Dahomey, Igbo, Zulus, and other, such, large groupings. While some Europeans, were out, to destroy, these groups, out of a fear, of some sort [via spreading Christianity], others chose, to learn, about them, and even, live with and marry them. UK-Europeans, mostly seen, in Southern/Eastern Africa, were associated, with smaller peoples, of Africa, and chose, to somewhat, civilize them, with regards, to infrastructure. It is this group, that chose, to build, roads, and electrify, Africa. The were associated, with peoples, such as, the Maasai and Samburu, of Kenya. In the positive, their influence, was about, re-educating, these groups [often done by the English, via schools, and the likes], and in the negative, associated, with Colonialism. You also have, a third group, associated, with probably what, one would call, the native people, of Africa [such as pygmies & Khoikhoi], and were, very much, associated, with studying, Africa, as a deep, mysterious, region. Africa, is kind of, a magical place, where strange things, happen, in nature, and some people [Americanistas - Legion], chose to study this, as a form, of spirituality. The belief, for instance, in hidden, underground cities, in Africa, or studying, the very magical, practises, of the pygmies, and khoikhoi. Magical practises, that for instance, allowed one, to put on, a mask, and dissapear, from one location, and appear, at another. This work, of studying, the Supernatural, somewhat continued, in America, with investigators, for instance, seeking out, life, on Mars. Americanistas [Legion], have always, been investigators, of the Supernatural [via associating with pygmies and the khoikhoi], and this investigation, enabled many, of them, to become, rather intelligent, in a grand way, such that, many believed them, capable, of solving, just about, any problem, out there. Americanistas [Legion], have always, had a homebase, in the lower, Middle East. The influence, of all these, groups, can be seen, in Africa today, as Europeans, introduced, new forms, of material culture, into Africa; UK-Europeans, introduced, civilian life [infrastructure], and Americanistas [Legion], left a culture, that evolved, into, tourism [and Safaris]. In the popular media though, all this history, was canonised, in different forms, via publishing mainly. Books, on African Arts & Religious Culture, tell, the history, of the positive, European encounter, with Africans. Books on, African tribes [especially the Maasai], and African Crafts, were based, on the positive, UK-European experience, in Africa. Books, on African nature, and the African wilds [barring National Geographic], were a legacy, left behind, by Americanistas [Legion]. It is this Africa, of Americanistas [Legion], that many people, out there, really love, as it is often, associated, with, intelligent Africans [in the wordly sense]; an Africa, of adventure, and chaos, as seen, in sources, such as, King Solomons Mines by Sir H. Rider Haggard [Americanista [Legion] lit], and even, in music videos, such as, Meatloafs "I would lie for you", and even, movies, such as, the Indiana Jones series [Americanista (Legion) living].
Middle East: Client/Formula/Raillery
In the Middle East, one has, Clients, and not, Consumers really. Clients, are people, who make, specific orders, for something. If they want, a watch, they go, to a watchmaker, and ask, to have, a watch made, fitting, certain specifications. The Middle East, has always had, a culture [economic in nature], based on, seeking materiality, that has, quality and substance. In the Middle East too, other than having, schedules, for daily survival, the modus operandi, has varied, in nature. For those, with wealth, a culture, of servitude [made up of immigrant labour], existed, and often today, decried, as, Islamic slavery. For those, without wealth, what one found, was a culture, where, the people, subsisted, on the minimal, and did not, require much. They put, a little effort, formulaic in nature, on meeting, their daily needs. They just learn't, to subsist, on little. Instead, of general living [media based], Middle Easterners, had a trend, of Raillery, when it came, to, idioticy, workmanship, and problem solving. This generally means, a living, based on, tale telling. A person, for instance, showing up, at your door, with a tale, to tell, of misfortune, small, or great. Thats kinda how, it all worked.
Europe: Spenders/Drills/Rascality
In Europe, rather than, Consumers, you have always had, Spenders. Spenders, are really people, who buy, things, at the spur, of the moment. In short really, there is no, real routine, to average life, in Europe. Even breakfast, may not, be eaten, at ones home, on any, given day. The culture, of eating out, often, based on, whims, is very, European. For the average, business, knowing, the desires [feel good wishes], of the European populace, is of, great importance, in being, successful. European survival modes, daily, have often, been based, on, army like, drills. Get up early, in the morning, jump out, of bed, some pushups maybe, cold shower perhaps, and off, to do, some early work. Trying, to finish, everything, on time, so as to have, free time, to do, as one wishes. Rascality, as a way of living, is all about, exciting oneself. Doing things, that excite one, sometimes, to the detriment, of others. Using, a powersaw [loud in sound], is an example, of European, workmanship. Putting up, ones feet [on the table], while talking, to others, in an office, or cafe, is what, idioticy, is all about, Rascal style.
