The first, tends to afflict really, the Id (as with, convoluting really, the, 4 Instincts). The second, tends to, afflict, the Psyche [in all]. The third however, Malignant Narcissism, tends, to be, based around, what, was referred to, as, Ascetic Religious Thought [as in, someone, believing, they are God, with regards really, to, Ascetic Religious Thought] [the, "Its my way, or the highway", syndrome, often, associated, with, certain, Americans (Jew)].
In many ways though, one does find that, Malignant Narcissism, tends, to afflict, Women, more, than Men, as especially with, regards, to Opinions, beliefs, and, Speculations too. However though, most today, tend to view, their worlds (in totality), from, the perspective, of, Political Maps (as associated really, with, Countries, and other, such, smaller divisions). As a result of this [as mentioned before], most out there, have, a rather, limited, scope, on their realities even [as with seeing, things, from the perspective, of, Country really, but, interestingly enough, operating from, the Nation].
This entry (as with, Ascetic Religious Thought too), attempts in all, to tell, others, that, viewing ones, world, from, the Country, is not only, rather, detrimental, to their existences, but also, rather, myopic in all, in attempting, to do, just, about, anything [that in all, one should view really, their worlds, from, the perspective, of, Ascetic Religious Thought].
To get, a clearer picture of this perhaps, is to perhaps, see all this, from the perspective too, of, Materialism. That in all, most, Materialism today, is actually, associated, with, the Nation [and not, even, Cultures/Civilization/Progress] [That is, they are not, based on, Personality (as with, a Musketeers uniform) for instance]. A better showing, of this, is to show in all that (for instance), Indian Traditional Clothing, was actually, associated, with, India [as a People (and, Working too)]. Chinese Traditional, was associated, with, China, as a Land [and, even, as being, a 'God' too]. European Fashionable clothing, is, associated, with, the Psyche (Religious Thought), as, with attaining, Intelligence/Philosophy.
In the old days though, as with the basics really (if not in all, perhaps, confusing too), all, Materialism, was associated, with, Ascetic Religious Thought, with the Individual, mainly, defined by, Mental Frames. In the Ancient World, Materialism (as with, clothing, or garments), associated with, the Individual [as with, Mental Frames really], consisted of, loose garments [such as, those, worn today even, in, the Middle East & Swahili worlds] [The Egyptians too, tended, to dress in all, in rather even, long, flowing robes].
The goal, of this entry, is to in all, help one [choose out], Materality, for their lives (so as, to live, rather, dignifiably, rather than, associating, Materialism, with, the Nation, as, conceptualized, in the, Western world). This in many ways, is believed, will, cure, the majority, with regards, to, seeking out, Subsistence [as with, Materiality even], so as to, basically feel, good, about, themselves.
