- the term, Holland, has probably in all, been define rather well even, for most out there actually [and as with the 'Rembrandt' entry in all actually]. Unknown to most though, of all the segments/parts, and of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, it is Holland, that has proven, to be the most difficult in all, social sphere really, to handle [and as with it even, responsible in all, for the fall, of the Dutch Republic in itself really].
The goal here though (and in all really too), is to attempt, to reform Holland (as with it even, being the administrative part/segment, of the Kingdom of the Netherlands really), with the hope truly, of helping the Kingdom of the Netherlands itself, truly function in all, as the center really, of Europe too in all actually [and not, France, or England too either].
What Holland in all, can do for Europe, can best be described perhaps, in two main ways really: National Identities, and European Identity too actually. It is believed, that Europeans in all, coming to be acquainted with Holland (and Culturally too really), can help them in all too again, develop, not only proper National Identities in all really (and as averse even, to City Identities in all actually), but also, a core European Identity (and which is not English or French even, and by its ways too actually really).
It is believed in all though, that reforming Holland along these two lines truly, can truly too really, begin, via a Cultural phenomenon in all, based around, Racing cultures actually [and speaking specifically too off, Bicycle Racing, Motorbike Racing, Motorcar Racing, and finally even, Go-kart/Formula 1 Racing too really]. A Culture in all (and as with the intermingling of people), that can truly in all, help one, develop, not only a National Identity in all too really, but also, help forment in all too again really, a core European Identity even [and as with all this too, truly open really (and as with the festival even), to only Europeans actually] [and Europeans too really, mainly in all, as 'Light beings' truly actually].
