To the unknowing Constituents, of Toulouse & Languedoc, Afrique & Kenia, are both in all, inhabited really, by a large number even, of Private Residents (and many too, of the European mold, and especially even, German/Bavarian too really).
This Notice in its entirety truly though, does go out in all, to Religious Groups/Foundations, seen in Toulouse & Languedoc, France, and on manifesting really, Bilateral, Bipartisan, and even Bipartite ties in all, with the Private Residents, of Afrique & Kenia, with the above three ties too in all, defined as follows:
1. Bilateral ties: Exchanges in Ideas & Scholarship, pertaining to all forms really, of Political, Cultural, and Economic issues too even.
2. Bipartisan ties: Pertaining to developing, Social ties in all, relating to issues too in all really, and dealing with matters even, concerning, Counsel, Ambassadorial duties, Political agents, Diplomacy, and even, Statecraft in itself really.
3. Bipartite ties: Engaging together in all, and in Basic/Fundamental Research really, and in a wide variety of topics too, and ranging from even, Architecture, to Technology itself too really.
