Getting Started on Life, in many ways, simply, refers, to being, motivated, in general, about, living. This really means, feeling, upbeat, about life, and wanting, to get up, every morning, and get, moving. This, in many ways, is not, cultural, but actually, very, dependent on, the region, you live in. This means, if you are, a, North American, living, in Europe, you would, engage, in the, motivational activity, of, that region, and not, North America.
These activities, in general, are needed, for, the well-being, of, the people, and generally make, the masses, harmonious, happy, and easy, to deal with. They in general too, prevent, sickness, and maladies, of all sorts.
North America: Exercises
Exercises, should not be confused, with, exercise, or, exercising. Exercises, are all about, conditioning, the body. This generally, involves, engaging in, jogging, aerobics, calisthenics, lifting light weights, and even, morning sex.
South America: Dalliances
Dalliances, are not, really hard, to explain, but they kind of are. In many ways, dalliances, constitute, what many, call, breaks. Meeting, for instance, friends (or someone interesting), in, the morning, before, work, right outside, the office. Generally hanging out, before work, begins. This also, includes, meeting friends, for lunch, or even, after work. Generally playing around, talking crap (or wisdom), and finding out, in one way or another, what has been going on, in, others lives, or simply, out there. Generally simply, just catching up.
Europe: Prayer
In Europe, interesting enough, saying, ones prayers, was, the way, the masses, motivated themselves, generally. This consisted, sometimes, of, morning, noon, and evening, prayers. In some places, they also, had, masses [held in the mornings, noons, or late nights]. Prayer here, also, very much, constituted, reading, religious works, of all kinds.
Africa: Pop Music
While in Africa, getting easily, motivated, about, your day, involves, listening, to, Pop music. Pop music, in Africa, sells, rather briskly, as, Africans, are the kind, to listen, to, Pop music, from, as far back, as, the 50's. In general, one will find, that, their favorite, repertoire, of music, will keep them, enlivened, and generally, feeling, happy.
Asia: Popular Media
In Asia, engaging, in, Popular Media, which does not, constitute, Pop Music, is the the way, Asians, in general, have kept, themselves, motivated, about, living in general. The most popular, of, these, Popular Media [which also constitutes magazines], were Novels [Romance & Comedy], and also, very much, popular movies [or dramas, as they call them] [Romance is more common, in East Asia, and Comedy, in Southeast Asia]. Magazines too, were, a general read, in, offices, buses, and, bedrooms too. Novels here, does not, include, literature or fiction. Non-fiction [a form of Popular Media], was also, popular, amongst, certain classes.
Middle East: Poetry
In the Middle East, engaging, in poetry [in all its forms], was, a rather common, everyday practise, especially, as associated with, Prophets Muhammeds, Al-Hadith. Middle Easterners, on an, everyday basis, generally, read, poetry, to feel good, and motivated, about, life in general. Poetry, took the form, of, many practises, including, forms of, Arabian classical music. Other such examples, included, drawing portraits/illustrations, and also, generally, courting others [going up, to talk to strangers].
One should realize, that each, of these activities, is rather easy, to, engage in, in any, of the regions, proscribed, above. Reading poetry, is a rather easy, activity, to engage in, in the Middle East. Exercises [surprising to many perhaps], are easy, to engage in, while, in North America, as is Prayer, in Europe. In general too, all these, activities [as per region], will have one, generally, thinking, in a, certain way [about life in general].
