The Expression of the Ego (and the Search for Self-Love)

The Ego, is a term, rather, known, to most, and used, to describe, a person, with, regards, to descriptors, such as, "I". In many ways too, the Ego, is at, the heart, of, our search, for Self-Love [as defined often, as being, Self-Respect, Self-Worth, and, Self-Confidence].

We must have, all these three, in some, abundance, before, we begin, to truly, express, ourselves [and even, begin, living Life]. With Self-Love, we are not, prone, to bouts, of, hatred (against others, and even, ourselves), but instead, see, others (and ourselves too), for what/whom, we really are.

In many ways too, what one sees, is that, in, cultures, with members, without, Self-Love, most, tend, to put, their value [and Faith even], in external "objects" [of all sorts], as in, the form, of, Idolatry. In some cultures, this means, putting, all their hopes, in a person [even child], often, deemed, as being, the most beautiful [or even, having, the lightest of skin]. In other cultures, they, develop, Fetish based cultures, heavily, based on, Superstition, and putting, all their worthiness, in, Fetishes worshiped. Others, tend instead, to participate, in, tearing down, others [who have achieved], in order, to feel good, about, themselves [by attempting really, to claim them, as, with, origins, physical features, and even, modus operandi (meaning really, just about, how, they go about, doing, anything)].

Self-Love really, helps us, defeat, three main fears, that might, plague us; the fears, of, failure, success, and trying. When we lack, Self-Love, we experience, these fears, as follows: Failure (lack of Self-Respect), Success (lack of Self-Worth), and Trying (lack of Self-Confidence). In many ways too, our attempts, at, Succeeding, are often, defined [and plagued too, with, all sorts, of, problems], emanating, from our lack, of, Self-Love. In many ways, we often, tend, to project, any, inadequacies, we might have, onto, the external world, and believe it, to be, difficult, to transverse [this projection, often happens, in a rather, interesting manner, as it is, projected, as a, negative, opposite, inverse etc., to our real, inadequacies] [As an example, feelings, of weakness, in ourselves, could be, projected, as feelings, of strength, in others (a Negative)].

Developing Self-Love, is not, that difficult, if should we, acquaint, ourselves, with, certain Figures [in society at least]. In many ways too, we can, choose, to participate, in, certain activities, that, can slowly, help us, develop, Self-Love [at times too, even fast]. We shall show, this, below, by giving, examples, of Figures [and activities], that different, peoples, in different regions, can, practise, to at least, develop, Self-Love.

North America: Sports / Comedian

In North America, Self-Love, is most readily, developed, by being, a, Comedian [and a good one]. The culture, of a man, walking up, to, a group, of ladies, and making a joke (they laugh at), and then, leaving, with as much, ease, as possible, is, of North American, origins, and in many ways, defines, all, North Americans. Sports, can too, be engaged in, to develop, Self-Love; the only difference, is that, what, is spoken about here, are what, are deemed, European Sports [such as, Soccer, and, Rugby], other than, American Sports [which are mainly, really, Games]. Engaging, in these Sports, should be done, by one, being rather, a Comedian [this means, making fun, of oneself, or another, as a good, comedian, would].

South America: Sacred Places / Conversant

In South America, developing, Self-Love, is based, on becoming, a rather, good, Conversant. A Conversant, is in general, a person, who can hold, any kind, of, conversation [while showing, multiple intelligences, and, creativity]. In many ways too, being, a good Conversant, is also, very much, about, being, a good Dancer. Sacred Places though, refers, to, special spots, a person, can, escape to, and generally, just, meditate [on whom they are] [In general, this means, holding, a rather good, and, interesting, conversation, with oneself, or, with God (as with Ela)].

Europe: Talents / Magician

In Europe, developing, Self-Love, in many ways, is all about, becoming, a rather good, Magician [in many ways, a person, who knows, many tricks, puzzles, tongue-twisters etc.]. A person in general, who can, mold, reality, into, one form, or another, while using humour [as even, with, slightly, brainwashing others]. In many ways too, Self-Love, can be, developed, by developing, what, are called, Talents [or Gifts even], to a, high degree. Most of these Talents [in European populations], are often, seen, in the Arts.

Africa: Cuisine / Actor

In Africa, developing, Self-Love, has often, been, done, via, Acting [Africa, has a rich, heritage, of Theatre, and Plays, of all sorts]. In most ways, Africans too, tend, to be, good Actors, with regards, to just about, anything, they do. Cuisine [it very much appears], does appear, to help, Africans too, in developing, a feel-good factor. In many ways, food eaten, traditionally, in Africa, was mainly, food, to make, one, feel good [rather than, satisfy one]. Cuisine, from around, the world, can also, very much, help, with this.

Asia: Exercises / Comic

In Asia, developing, Self-Love, is in many ways, about, becoming, a Comic. A Comic [in general], is someone, who shows humour [and not, humour itself really, or even, being, humourous] [showing humour, is as like, acting, funnily]. Exercises too, of all kinds, can be, used, to develop, Self-Love [exercises here, also, includes, American Sports (such as Baseball), which are, really, Games (as mentioned before)]. The key here though, is to do, any, of these exercises, as a Comic, would [that is, while showing humour] [If one goes swimming for example, one should, seek, to actually, play around, while, swimming] [Exercising, in the gym, should also, not be taken, too seriously, but instead, have, moments, of playfulness].

Middle East: Prayer / Pantomime

In the Middle East, developing, Self-Love, is really, all about, becoming, a Pantomime. A Pantomime, in general, is a person, who is, really good, at, copying or mimicking, another [or something in general]. This can include, how, another, speaks, moves, says, or even, thinks. Prayer too, is seen, as a way, of developing, Self-Love, perhaps too, when done, in, new, and novel, ways. There are different ways, of, engaging, in prayer, from, listening, to Sufi Music, to watching, a Sufi Dance performance, to even, reading, Religious Literature, and even too, engaging, in 'drugs', that can induce, Altered States of Consciousness. Another more novel approach, is going, on what, they call, a, Virgil [a rather Greek tradition], and an interesting way too, of engaging, in, prayer [as with, learning, about, mystical figures, from other, regions, and attempting, to somewhat, relive, their, experiences (not lives)]. In many ways, being, a Pantomime, goes very well, with a life, of Prayer, as it can help one, become, religious, rather easily [as in mimicking, religious figures].

Synopsis:

The above, is rather, needed, to somewhat, explain, the World today. Most out there, don't really, feel, like themselves (culturally really and even, historically), due, to not understanding, that there has been, an attempt, at, World Domination, based, on, convoluting, other peoples, cultures. What this means, is that, people today, practise, cultures, that are in many ways, not, theirs. This attempt, at, Cultural Imperialism [and World Domination], has its, origin, with, British and American Imperialists. In many ways, it has been, about, attempting, to erase, the history, of a people, by attempting, to make them, believe, their history wrong, due, to the, very fact, that their, present culture [indigenous], is not, what, it seems to be [there is a lack, of continuity, in their history]. This plot, was, manifested, as follows: the exchange, of, North American, and European, cultures, with each other [as in, making, Europe, North American, and, North America, European]. This, is not directly, easy, to explain, but can be, by, understanding, that, this, was done, by attempting, to make, the general, European person, a, Comedian, and the general, North American person, a, Magician. Other changes too, have seen, attempts, at making, Africa, South American, and, South America, African [by simply, making, the average African, a, Conversant, and the, average South American, an, Actor] [The belief, that, African cultures, are heavily, music/dance oriented, is a, total fabrication, this, being true, of, South American cultures instead] [The Tango, Salsa etc, are not, really, of, African origins, but South American (but have, some African influences)]. Another attempt, was made, in, exchanging, Southeast Asian culture, and East Asian culture, by making, the average, Southeast Asian, a comical Romantic figure, and the average, East Asian, a comical, Comedic figure [East Asian culture, has historically, been Romantic instead, while, Southeast Asian culture, has historically, been Comedic] [More difficult to see, but can be seen, in, the literature, of both].

All this, might sound, difficult, to believe, but today, North Americans, attempt to act, as, Europeans, have historically acted, while, Europeans today, act, as, North Americans, have historically acted [both examples, can be seen, in, their respective literature]. Might sound untrue, but further investigation, will show, this, all very true [some South Americans, might, wonder, why, figures, who are, 'African', feature, highly, in their cultures, not knowing them, to, be out sourced, from, African history].
