For it was Captain James Cook, that in all too really, did give birth, to the world today, of modern 'Systems' [speaking of that is, modern Diplomacy (or 'diplomatic relations' really), modern Bureaucracy, Autocracy/'Autocrats' (he being one too), the Penal System, and finally, the International Monetary System too]. Although he was said too, to be of British origins/ancestry, he was actually, of Spanish origins really, and in many ways too, can be said, to be the 'Father', of modern Australia really.
