There are those out there perhaps, who wish perhaps too, to live, in, a rather, small world [and not, Traditional perhaps, as, many might tend, to believe]. A small world really, of knowing, few people in between, and in all really, only, engaging truly, in Local Media [and nothing else much really]. Such people [as like others even], might, wish, to travel, to another place (outside their Country/Region], for in all, Work, purposes. The desire really, to work perhaps, in, a 'Foreign' Land, and make, a living (quietly), before, returning, to their home place [and therefore, feeling really, that, they actually, did, do something, substantial perhaps, with, their lives]. A feeling really, of having, an, International Presence, as with even, being, in the know, of other, Existences (politics).
