The reason for this, has to do, with a lack of basic understanding in all, on how to live really, in North America itself actually.
North America, is not a place primarily (as many would have you believe), associated with Intelligence in all too really [and as with Inventors, or Presidents too even actually (or even, Economists in all too really)]. It is a place really, highly ruled even, by Social Images in all actually (and as with North American 'Pax Americana' Law really), and even truly, 'Presentation Skills' in all actually [which are truly lacking in many ways really, in all of Jamaica, Mexico, and Haiti too in all really].
To understand all this better ('Social Images' & 'Presentation Skills'), is to understand truly, that anything in all, deemed Worthy truly really, and in North America too in all, can be presented, rather well in all actually [and speaking, not only of Literature in itself really, but also too even, a Meal, or even too actually, an Invention of a kind really] (they can all be presented, rather excellently in all really, and if they are actually, truly worthy 'products' in all) [with this again, dependent on ones 'Social Images' in all, and truly too again, 'Presentation Skills' in all actually].
It is here in all too really, that not only does America triumph over the rest of North America in all actually, but also in all too really that Haiti, Jamaica, and Mexico too even, are rather backwards in all really, and due to having even, poor in all too really, historical 'Presentation Skills', and as compared too actually, to an America in all, where 'Presentation Skills' in all truly, are rather even, highly truly rather developed actually [and with American 'Social Images' (and 'Presentation Skills' too) in all, emanating truly, from three primary sources actually: 'Arthurian America' (which has many even, rather excellent even, pieces of Literature in all actually, and from which, alot even, of America's Social Images, have been created from: whether it be, Rock Stars, American Football Stars, or even too really, American Movie Stars in all actually); a second source of 'Social Images' in America, is actually, Cuisine in all really (which tends to ground one admirably in all really, and enabling one too actually in all, to present themselves in all rather well too really: and as with America too again, having rich in all, Cuisine actually, coming in from New Orleans in all really); thirdly, you have American/Quebec/Canadian Social 'Revolutionary' History (and borrowed too even, from Europe in all actually: and especially the 'Dutch' too even really), that has allowed in all too, the three mentioned groups in all, to create 'Social Images' really (and even rather new in all 'Presentation Skills' actually), while the peoples of Mexico, Jamaica, and Haiti too, are asked in all, to strongly identify even, with Native Americans and Africans in all really (as with regards especially even, to 'Social Images' & 'Presentation Skills' in all actually: and with the truth in all again being, that they truly, can borrow from any Culture in all, they so wish to do so from actually: and with Japanese, Mohammedan and Portuguese too, highly recommended in all really) [and all this too again, in the name of Emancipation in all actually (and from inexistent in all too really, 'African' ties in all actually)].
