Staple Diets

and Afrique.



Most who tend, to live within Afrique really, tend to have in all, unhealthy diets really. Thats because, they have not attuned themselves truly, to living, within the place actually. In many ways too, this not only speaks of, being grounded in all too really, to Afrique (and as with Mother Nature even), but also in general, to others even, but especially too really, to ourselves (and speaking too, of our natural feelings or emotions even).

The concept, of Staple Diet, is in many ways truly, far more important really, in Africa (and Afrique too really), rather than, most other places of the World too really [where Cuisine, is seen, as the everyday food for all actually].

In many ways truly, many in Afrique, not only have, 'Tribal Cuisines' (coming in from Africa even) [and Milk and Wheat/Cereal based too actually], but have also, adopted, Indian, Swahili, Victorian-Swahili, and even, American foods in all truly, and for their everyday needs too really. However though, none of these foods do truly, meet, the needs (and emotional especially even), of the people, who do eat them [and as with they even, responsible in all, for causing, what they do term in all really, 'Hunger Pangs' (and with 'Hunger Pangs' too even, a major cause even too really, for emotional instability, and of all kinds too even really) (with emotional instability, even moderate, the prime reason, for feeling in all, generally unhappy, and lost even, with life in all, and while in Afrique really) (and in all again, something, that cannot simply perhaps, be 'slept off' in all really)] [and with Victorian-Swahili Cuisine too really, seen truly only, within Kenya's fine Tourist Hotels really].

In all, for those truly in Afrique, and living there actually, but not feeling too upbeat (and as with ones emotional states, or even the wanting really, to interact with others too actually), then do realize, that what they do term, Starchy Foods (and such as Potatoes, Pumpkin, Thai Rice, Apples, Bananas, Pasta etc.), are heavily needed even, just to feel, normal, with oneself actually [and with Starchy Foods too, differing in all too actually, from Carbohydrates (and Cuisine in all even), with Carbohydrates too, rather prevalent in the rest of Africa actually (and with the rest of the World too really, eating foods in all, differing, in Carbohydrates, Proteins and Fats ratios too even really) (and with Starchy foods too again, differing greatly even, from Carbohydrates, and instead too really, of Carbohydrates in all, consisting really, of Dietary Fiber actually, and instead too again of Proteins, having instead actually, Amino Acids really, and finally, instead of Fats in all, having, Lipids too actually)]

In general, as with breaking down Starchy foods into their components really, the most important of these to ones diet in all, would be Lipids actually.
