Official cultures

and Afrique.

Afrique, is a place in all actually really, that differs from most other places out there really (including America), in that, it is highly defined in all by Communications actually [meaning that, while other places are truly defined in many ways by cultures in all really (and as with the cultural even too actually), Afrique (and as with 'Identity' in all too really, more important in all too in Afrique, than Personality, when Communicating actually), is defined in all truly again really, by all means and forms even, of Communications actually] [and as with the Tribe even too (and as compared even actually, to the 'band of men' for example which many do falsely assume to be based highly on Communications and not culture actually)].

In many ways, in an Afrique, where Communications truly vary and are rather numerous too in their ways and nature Victorian Communications in all, do serve actually (as with they even, rather varied truly, and rather adaptable even actually), as a legitimate way really, for all to Communicate with each other actually [and with 'Great Expectations' too, one of Dickens rather more Victorian works actually (and with the Nortons Critical Edition too actually, the most Victorian of them all really) (and as with Communications too actually really)] [and with Victorian Communications too in all really, actually, most developed in Victorian Kenya actually (and not Victorian England)(and with Victorian Kenya, the very world even, of Victorian Literature in all truly)].
